In order to adopt into this new paradigm, HanmiGlobal offers program management service for such complex projects. Program management is applied when the project is composed of multiple projects and requires comprehensive management to accomplish the project objectives as a whole. Construction supervision undertakes the responsibilities of a site manager, including overall specification review, quality control, testing, design and construction review, approvals, and more. HanmiGlobal provides construction supervision services to fulfill legally determined supervisory duties, helping to prevent construction risks assure and control quality, safety, time, and cost of the project.

Liaise with Client and other consultants to determine Client’s initial requirements and subsequent development of the full brief

Advise on selection of other consultants if not already appointed

Advise on feasibility of procurement options

Prepare initial budget estimate from feasibility proposals

Prepare report on tenders with appropriate recommendations

Advise on letters of intent and issue in conjunction with Client’s advisers
Prepare recommendations for interim payments to contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in accordance with contract requirements
Value designers’ draft instructions for varying the project before issue

• Prepare periodic cost reports in an agreed format at specified intervals.
