Today, HanmiGlobal celebrates an incredible milestone, 30 years of delivering excellence, building trusted partnerships, and helping shape communities around the world.

Over the past three decades, HanmiGlobal has grown from its origins in Korea to become one of the world's leading project and construction management organisations, supporting some of the most complex and transformative developments globally.

HanmiGlobal MENA CEO, Dr. Paul J McKeown comments:

"For me personally, it is both a privilege and an honour to lead HanmiGlobal in the Middle East during one of the most exciting periods of growth and transformation the region has ever witnessed.

Since establishing our national office in 2008 and our regional office in 2024 within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2008, HanmiGlobal MENA has had the privilege of supporting many of the region's most respected organisations and development programmes, including assignments with ROSHN, the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC), Diriyah developments, NEOM, government ministries, municipalities, major developers, financial institutions, and private sector partners who are helping shape the future of the Kingdom and the wider Middle East.

Together, we have contributed to residential communities, healthcare developments, infrastructure programmes, project monitoring assignments, strategic advisory services, digital transformation initiatives, and some of the region's most ambitious development programmes.

Our mission has remained unchanged throughout this journey: to protect our clients' interests, create value, and deliver excellence at every stage of the project lifecycle.

As we celebrate this milestone, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to our clients, partners, colleagues, and stakeholders who have been part of our journey. Your trust, collaboration, and support have been fundamental to our success.
